En 1971, Claudia Andujar rencontre à São Paulo la jeune Sonia Carvalho, qui tente sa chance comme mannequin. In 1971, Claudia Andujar met Sonia Carvalho in São Paulo, who was looking for work as a model. The photographer used an interplay of colored filters and unexpected framing to transform their single photo session into a daring X-ray of the female body, creating one of her first experimental works, as psychedelic as it was sensual. This book is the first devoted to this key series in the work of Andujar, famous for her work on the Yanomami people.
